Good morning, my name is Rose Owen, my mother recently spent some weeks in your facility sometime ago. This past year has been a very difficult one, extremely depressing on her body, mind and spirit. It was breaking my heart that I could not be there for her ( I live in Florida ). I feel blessed that both of you have shown my mother such love and compassion in such a difficult time in her life. During my numerous phones calls with her she did nothing but thank God for the both of you!!!!! You both made her spirit feel light in heart. You have went above and beyond the call of duty, treating her with such Love & Respect... going out of your way to do those little things for her..
